Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment Due to the specialized nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware, high demand, and fluctuating global supply chains, order processing and fulfillment times can vary significantly. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee specific dispatch dates. By placing an order with MinerHub, you acknowledge that processing times are subject to change based on hardware availability and supplier logistics.
2. Shipping Estimates are Non-Binding Any shipping timeframes, transit times, or delivery dates provided at checkout, on product pages, in order confirmation emails, or by our support team are rough estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates and should not be relied upon as such.
3. Unforeseen Delays & Extended Timeframes MinerHub reserves the right to extend processing and shipping timeframes as necessary to secure and deliver your equipment. Several factors outside of our direct control can impact delivery schedules, including but not limited to:

We require the flexibility to navigate these logistical challenges to fulfill your order. We cannot be held financially liable for any losses, missed mining profitability, or inconveniences caused by shipping delays or extended fulfillment timeframes.
4. Communication If your order experiences a significant delay beyond our initial rough estimates, we will do our best to keep you informed of its status. However, a delay in communication does not constitute a breach of our agreement to supply the hardware.
5. Cancellations Due to Delays Because our estimates are strictly rough guidelines, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because they have exceeded the initial estimated timeframe, provided the order is still actively being processed or is in transit.
