At MinerHub, we strive to supply quality cryptocurrency mining hardware and related products. Due to the specialised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, compatibility issues, buyer's remorse, or changes in mining profitability.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds where:
- You change your mind after purchase;
- You ordered the wrong product;
- You no longer require the product;
- Cryptocurrency market conditions change;
- Mining profitability changes;
- Electricity costs increase;
- You find the product elsewhere at a different price.
Please carefully review all product specifications before placing an order.
Defective, Damaged, or Faulty Products
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or develops a fault that is covered by the Australian Consumer Law or the manufacturer's warranty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

- Provide your order number.

If testing determines that no fault exists, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and inspection costs.
