Next-Generation Bitcoin Mining. 151 TH/s. 17.5 J/TH. Built on 5nm.
The Bitmain Antminer S21 (151TH) is a next-generation SHA-256 Bitcoin ASIC miner powered by the BM1368 — Bitmain's 5nm chip architecture manufactured by TSMC. At 17.5 J/TH, the S21 is approximately 40% more efficient than the previous-generation S19j Pro (29.5 J/TH), meaning more Bitcoin mined per dollar spent on electricity. The S21 represents a genuine generational leap: same proven Antminer chassis, fundamentally better silicon underneath. PSU included. Requires a dedicated 240V circuit.

Important — power requirements
This miner requires a dedicated 220–240V AC, 20A circuit. It will not run on a standard 10A household outlet. Australian 240V power is compatible, but the S21 needs its own dedicated circuit — a standard air-conditioning or EV charger circuit works. A P13 power connector is required (not the older C13 used on the S19 series). If you need guidance on suitable AU power setups, contact MinerHub before purchasing.
The BM1368 chip — why it matters
The BM1368 is Bitmain's 5nm ASIC manufactured on the TSMC process node — the same fab used by Apple's M-series chips. At 17.5 J/TH, it delivers roughly the same efficiency per terahash as the flagship S19 XP Hydro, but in a standard air-cooled chassis without the cooling infrastructure cost. Every chip runs at lower voltage (0.28V core vs 0.34V on older chips), meaning less heat per unit of compute — which translates directly to lower electricity bills and longer hardware lifespan.

All three S21 models share the same BM1368 chip platform and 17.5 J/TH efficiency rating. The 151TH variant draws 857W less power than the 200TH — making it the most practical choice for miners on a single 20A circuit or those managing electricity costs carefully.

Bitcoin mining profitability depends on network difficulty, BTC price, electricity costs, and other market conditions. MinerHub does not guarantee mining returns. All hashrate, power, and efficiency figures are manufacturer-stated typical values (±3–5%). Electrical requirements: a dedicated 220–240V, 20A circuit is required — consult a licensed Australian electrician if needed. The S21 uses a P13 power connector, not the C13/C14 used on S19-series miners — ensure you have a compatible power cable. 75 dB operation requires a ventilated space away from living areas.
